Publication Scheme The Information Commissioners Office has developed and approved a new model publication scheme which must be adopted by all town/parish and community councils. Ripponden Parish Council has adopted the new model scheme which was operational from 1 January 2009. A table of the information available from Ripponden Parish Council is available Download it here.
